Each painting should have a price and a
buy now button or enquiry button.
The price includes packing and delivery to an address in the mainland UK.
If you want to buy a painting and you are outside the UK, please use the enquiry button initially and the postage costs can be confirmed.
‘The Small Print'
'Distance sales rules’ apply with making a purchase. The buyer has the right to cancel the purchase at any time within 14 days of receiving the artwork. If this occurs the buyer will be required to return the artwork within 14 days to Matthew Lyons Art, and will be responsible for packaging the artwork appropriately and liable for the cost of postage. If returned in good condition then full payment, excluding delivery costs, will be returned.
Please note that purchase of an artwork does not include purchase of the copyright associated with the artwork. This is retained by the creator Matthew Lyons and this right includes all copyright associated with UK law including: reproduction right, the right to copy the work, distribution right, the right to issue copies of the work to the public and the right to communicate the work to the public by broadcasting or electronic transmission.
